Dedicated in loving memory to Jeremy Hartstone
This site is a tribute to Jeremy Hartstone, who was born on April 02, 1960. Husband to Jackie and father to Bradley and Natalie. Grandpa to Dylan. Diagnosed with GBM4 which he bravely fought for nearly two years. He never complained and kept smiling throughout his battle. Truly loved and desperately missed.
